Soulful yoga classes Tues and Thu 18:30-20:00 and Wed morning 7:30-8:30 in English in downtown Budapest. *All classes are currently streamed via Zoom.* Everyone is welcome.
Currently, all classes are held via Zoom only. If you are interested in gentle but dynamic, vinyasa classes, join us! You can also contact me for a bespoke small group- or individual class. My name is Eszter and I have been practicing yoga for 15 and teaching for six years. I emphasize safety and accessibility, and endavour to offer options for all participants.
